What PlaneSane is
PlaneSane is an informational tool that scores flights using historical performance, weather, and related data. It is not a travel agency or booking service — we do not sell tickets, and we are not party to any transaction you make with an airline or other provider.
No guarantee
Scores combine historical performance, a forward-looking model, and other third-party data. They are an estimate, not a guarantee of on-time performance, cancellation, delay, price, or seat availability for any specific flight. Always confirm details directly with the airline before booking or traveling.
Data accuracy
Information is provided “as is.” Underlying data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and coverage is currently limited to U.S. routes. We make no warranties about accuracy or completeness.
Acceptable use
Please don’t scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The PlaneSane name, design, scoring methodology, and content are ours and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Underlying public datasets remain the property of their respective sources.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlaneSane is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from travel decisions made based on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
