A quick note on scope: PlaneSane is an independent flight-reliability research tool, not an airline, a travel agency, or a booking site. We can’t change, cancel, or rebook your flight, access your reservation, or process a refund — only your airline or the agency you booked through can do that. What we can do is help you understand a score, fix a data error, or point you to the right passenger-rights guide.
